Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to one hour of service.


Flexible Scheduling:
Care Managers Ltd offers the flexibility to adjust schedules based on your needs, with a minimum 2-hour booking per visit.


Payment Terms
Invoicing: Clients will receive an invoice monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt.

We live almost 200 miles away from my father who is in his late 90s, with hearing and mobility issues. The Care Managers team are great at communicating with us. They are also flexible if we need to change hours due to other commitments ensuring that Dad gets to his hospital appointments. They are
arranging social visits to local community centre as he improves in health. Really pleased with the service.

Excellent quality service the carers who looks after mum very caring friendly understands her every needs.showers mum dresses her gets her ready to take her out to bingo. Very caring spot on to identify anything wrong with mum, reports to managers straight away very helpful and understanding. Managers
any problems concerning mum we ring them if need to come out the do we sit down and chat they ask any concerns with mum they put her needs first .very friendly easy to talk to any question's need awnsering spot on with awnsers very good advice.well appreciated with what they do and the services they do provide. My mother is not an easy person and does not take to many people but we are so grateful and pleased that we are using this company . Mum has had a carer called Florence for the last couple of months . My mum is over the moon with Florence . She is very professional, kind , friendly , bubbly and makes
my mum smile and more importantly laugh and gives her a purpose to get up .
