Travel Fees:
A mileage charge may apply for clients living outside our local service radius or for frequent travel requirements. Please inquire for specific details.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to one hour of service.
Flexible Scheduling:
Care Managers Ltd offers the flexibility to adjust schedules based on your needs, with a minimum 2-hour booking per visit.
Payment Terms
Invoicing: Clients will receive an invoice monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and direct debit.
Late Payment Policy: A late fee of 2% of the total amount may apply for overdue invoices.
