I can not recommend them enough. I feel that if every service/company, would show this kind of transparency and care for their customers it would be brilliant. They are kind, caring and always willing to do more to help. They are there for us 7 days a week and that requires a level of commitment even beyond my understanding. I can't begin to say how happy I am they came into our lifes and the difference they make into my child's life. I will be forever grateful for all their dedication and hard work.
My son has received excellent care. He has created strong bonds with staff who make him feel safe while attending to all his needs. My son is pre-verbal staff have adapted using simple language, and gestures so my son knows what is happening. My son is fully supported at home and in the community making time together as a family safer and easier.

The handling of my daughter is very difficult and takes a lot of patience and time.
The care given to her is never rushed and i can't fault the carers we have had here to help us.
I have had to contact them on a number of occasions to ask if they could come earlier or later than the agreed time and they have always tried there best to help us out.
Can't recommend this company enough they are fantastic.
The lady who looks after my son is amazing and always goes above and beyond to ensure she provides the best care she can for my son. She also makes time for us if we can't do the days already arranged due to illness or something beyond our control and not being able to have the carer come over.
I have found the management and PA staff to be exceptional - very organised, kind, and professional. From the first phone call, to meeting the PA's, to the current routine being well established - we have worked together as a cohesive team. They have formed a fabulous relationship with my son, who adores them. They actively help his development and learning as well as give him experiences in the community. I feel i can trust them with my precious child, whom they treat with great compassion, dignity, and affection.
Very caring people, always happy and friendly and if there is an issue then it's sorted very quickly. My son has a carer and he has become like family, he's so good with my boy and they have a real bond. When my son sees him he has so much joy on his face. Very trustworthy as well. We have been having carers from July with Bright Idea Staffing and couldn't wish for better.
I couldn't recommend Bright Idea Staffing enough and thank you to the whole team for their ongoing help and support.
I have been using Bright Idea Staffing for two months, I find them to be very helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure that I am as comfortable as possible. They help out around the house with things me and my pregnant wife find difficult. They have always been nice and understanding as I have a nervous springer spaniel. I feel well cared for.
