Sophia the Manager was very attentive and comprehensive when conducting the initial assessment of my care needs and expectations and this seamlessly translated into the 121 support given by care support worker . Osunsanya who is very engaging, easy going, conscientious and supportive. His I.T skills and experience have been invaluable to me in order to navigate the technological world. There is an inbuilt ethos about Devine Inspired Care that going the extra mile is regular and common place. I have found this level of support very comforting The care given is always driven by the individual client's needs and is very adaptive to any changes required. The flexibility shown by Devine Inspired Care is great for any individual as the Assessment and Support Plan drawn up is very clear and straightforward. I hope to continue receiving support from them for some time.
