Bronte House companions cared for my Father for over a year, and adapted constantly to his changing needs. They were nothing short of wonderful.

I'm an only child and Dad was living with us after my Mum.passed away. Bronte House companios felt like an extension of our family. They were courteous and mindful.of it being our home too that they came into.

The Bronte House companions took an interest in my Dads interests and totally understood his priorities. Bronte House companions dealt sensitively with issues with my father's care with the utmost professionalism. I would always (and actually do) recommend Bronte House companions to my friends who need care for their loved ones..

Bronte House has been a life saver for me. I have a husband with mixed dementia, mobility issues and complex health needs.

The Bronte staff get ongoing training on dementia care and the needs of their clients. They know when to step back for a few moments and they are good at spotting health problems. When they send feedback to their head office I often get a call asking me if I have called the GP or District Nurse or would I like them to make the contact for me.

We have been with Bronte House for over six months now, and we are very happy with the care and support they provide. They have been incredibly understanding and compassionate with our mum, who has Alzheimer's. The carers who visit her are kind, patient and helpful, and I especially appreciate that she has a small team of carers, which means Mum is really getting to know them. Whenever we have needed to reschedule a visit because of a hospital appointment or another commitment, Bronte House have been helpful and tried to accommodate the change. Communication is very clear, and what stands out to me is how genuinely everyone seems to care about Mum. We would highly recommend them.

Bronte House was set up 2 years ago by Chantal. Chantal is professional, innovative, flexible and supportive. She will do anything to help you. We have a 4 hour Companion visit each week. Over the 2 years we have only had 3 companions. Chantal carefully matches the Companion with the clients. She looks at the whole person and their family within their home even down to the smallest detail of how you like your cup of tea, strong, weak and in which cup. The companions are equally professional and will carry out practical tasks, like hanging out the washing, do the washing up, put the hoover on; but mainly chatting to Mum and engaging her in activities. Bronte house provide quality care. Chantal has changed the times of our visits, if unavoidable health appointment come up in their usual visit time. She has also set up a monthly social club, Brew with Bronte to reduce isolation for her clients. Bronte, Chantal's black therapy dog , goes a long way to engage everyone in the room.

The whole team show compassion, professionalism, kindness and commitment every day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and trustworthy care agency.

I have nothing but praise for the care I was given following my new knee operation. I am 87 years old and needed some help. From initial visit to assess my needs to the three weeks the carers came I couldn't be more satisfied. Whichever carer came all were so understanding and helpful in all needs physically and spent time to sit when time allowed to listen to me rambling on!! I live on my own after losing my husband to covid 6 years ago and to have these chats was so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and I met some lovely people. Thankyou so much to all.

I cannot praise highly enough the staff from Bronte house who visit my mum twice a day to help her remain independent in her own home. My mum has been a client for over a year now and is very happy with the help provided. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and I was particularly impressed when my Mum was very sad not to be able to attend a funeral and a staff member helped her watch the live streaming on their laptop and stayed with her while it played. The family portal is a great idea and enables family members to read the notes of each visit and feel more connected to what's going on daily.

Bronte provides friendly, supportive care which always works with the family to ensure the best care. Mum refers to those visiting as her friends. Dementia is a journey and Bronte are very responsive when requesting reviews, offering considered and helpful approaches when her needs change. Excellent information portal underpins the service. Good communication if visits are running late and never have been let down by them. This company has reinstalled my faith in care services.

Chantal and her team helped us to overcome so many of the struggles we were having with my Mum. She had refused any help but as her dementia worsened we really needed extra help. Chantal understood our situation and her knowledge and passion meant she was able to not only provide support but also enrichment. The daily visits from her team meant that Mum took her medication and enjoyed a walk and company while my Dad had a much needed rest. Mum saw the carers as friends and looked forward to her time with them.

We cannot thank Chantal, Bronte (the black labrador therapy dog) and the whole team at Bronte House enough for the outstanding care and support they have provided to my dad, who is living with Alzheimer's. From the very beginning, Chantal and her wonderful team have shown genuine compassion, patience, and understanding, not only towards him but also towards our whole family. The staff treat my dad with dignity and respect at all times, taking the time to get to know him as a person, not just a patient. Their kindness, consistency, and reassurance have made a real difference to his wellbeing and have given us great peace of mind. Bronte House is exceptionally well run, with clear communication, reliability, and a high level of professionalism throughout. Chantal's leadership is evident in the quality of care delivered by every member of staff. We would wholeheartedly recommend Bronte House to anyone seeking high-quality, compassionate care

My sister has been receiving support from Bronte House for well over a year now. We have been delighted with the service provided. Initially, the support required was quite low level, but has increased over the course of several months. Throughout this period we have found the Bronte House team to be flexible and responsive to our requirements. My sister looks forward to the visits from her support workers, who are all wonderfully kind, caring and pro-active in adjusting the level and type of support they provide in response to my sister's changing needs. We would, and do, highly recommend Bronte House to anyone seeking support to enable a loved one to remain living independently in their own home.
