We were recommended to Care Genius in July 2025 by a family friend when it was becoming increasingly difficult for my mum to carry out some activities of daily living by herself.
The carers are very professional, the kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness shown to my mum has been outstanding. They
are very punctual and have adapted to changes in her care as required, and are very helpful. They have also built a good relationship with my mum and she always looks forward to their visit.
Communication with administrative staff is very good as it is very easy to contact them.
I am genuinely impressed with the care provided by this care agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to other clients.
