My husband had to go into hospital for a major operation recently, he usually attends to all my needs, we decided that I would have to have assistance while he was in hospital, I was allocated care by ExperCare, the team have been fantastic nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers when they come to see to my needs, I just don't know how I would have coped without them. I cannot thank them all enough.

Mum was being discharged from the hospital, and it was recommended she went to a nursing home. Mum and the family wanted her to be home, but that could only happen with a very carefully thought-out, bespoke care package. The Manager from ExpertCare met the challenge with professionalism and friendship, keeping me informed at every step. Because of him, mum is now home and is doing amazing because the care team are simply fantastic. I had no doubt that once home, she would become mum again and complete our family. Thank you does not come close to this company that goes way above and beyond to meet all your needs, whatever your situation. I am so grateful to them for their total support on this journey.

I don't know what I would have done without this care company. They have gone above and beyond keeping me up to date about my mum who had to be hospitalised due to an infection. I am 200 miles away and couldn't be there. The staff at this company are very caring and will really go out of their way to make sure my mum is safe and happy. They always answer the phone even early hours to make sure I'm not worrying. Thank you to management and staff.

Excellent service and lovely caring people. My mother had felt awkward about the prospect of having carer visits and resisted them for a long time. Just two weeks in, and she loves the visits, which are a highlight of her day. I'm reassured that she is getting those small helps and checks to keep her in her healthiest, happiest state.

Excellent service from the start of my dad needing carers they are very helpful and give me advice when needed and communicate very well ensuring I am kept in the loop at all times. They are very prompt on times allocated to care for my dad.

I recently returned to having full-time carers coming to my house to look after me during a very difficult, turbulent time in my life. From the moment Expercare walked through my door I knew I was in safe, friendly hands and that they would support me in being able to remain in my home with my pet. The whole team are so very professional but friendly at the same time. My carers and the owner of the company have gone over and above to help me cope with the transition. They are responsive and reactive to any last-minute changes and I honestly cannot praise them high enough.
