Sally is the steady hand guiding our care delivery and the compassionate leader behind our day-to-day operations.

With over 20 years of experience in health and social care, Sally brings deep expertise in complex care, shaped by her work with NHS Macmillan services and a career-long commitment to person-led support.

As our Registered Manager, Sally works closely with our Clinical Lead and Nominated Individual to ensure every aspect of care is delivered safely, efficiently, and with genuine compassion. Her academic foundation in psychology and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management allow her to lead with empathy, structure, and strategic insight.

Sally is known for her calm leadership, clinical understanding, and dedication to high-quality, holistic care. She is passionate about supporting both clients and care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Livvy is the engine behind EverKind’s day-to-day coordination, bringing structure, energy, and reliability to our operations.

As Operations Coordinator, Livvy plays a vital role in keeping our care delivery on track, supporting everything from rota management and visit scheduling to administrative processes and finance.

With a Level 3 Diploma in Business and currently studying for her AAT Bookkeeping qualification, Livvy takes a detail-oriented, solution-focused approach to her work. She ensures our systems are organised and efficient, helping the wider team focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care.

Working closely with our Operations Manager, Livvy is trusted for her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly, can-do attitude. Whether she’s solving a scheduling challenge or supporting a team member, Livvy brings care and consistency to every part of her role.
