Thank you for your honest review. We are aware of the clients favourites and are working to improve the schedule. We do hoewever like to regularly place a spare carer each week so there is some familiarity to cover the favourite carers holidays and time off. Carers annual appraisals are n9w due so we will be working on sharing the favourite carers strengths to improve some of the other carers weaknesses

We are lucky to have a dedicated carer who lives round the corner who is happy to be flexible to change visit times to suit your wife's changing needs. Thank you for pointing out that we are flexible and provide good value for money as these our two of our aims for the company, we are here to care for and support people and being a small local company with a hands on management team, we are able to offer fairer prices for our services

Victoria started Purbeck Personal Assistants in October 2021 when her last employer gave notice to several clients living in Swanage. She decided to support them independently on a self-employed basis and has developed and expanded the business to a point where CQC Registration was required, having 13 employees and over 25 clients being supported.
Victoria has 5 years of previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager and likes to lead by example. She also has over 20 years of experience as a caregiver so is always the backup to support Purbeck Personal Assistants Clients when members of the care team are either on vacation or become unwell.
Zoe joined Purbeck Personal Assistants in July 2023 as a Senior Carer.
Zoe has many years experience of working in the care industry and has achieved her Level 3 Health and Social Care NVQ, Zoe was also a baker in her younger years, so is often asked to assist with baking cakes and scones for our clients.
Zoe is also a full-time Foster Mum for her Niece. Over the past few months as the number of Clients needing our support has grown Zoe has joined the admin team as the Care Coordinator, enabling Victoria to spend more time on her Manager Duties.
Mike Joined our team in January 2024, he says he wished he had joined in the previous year when he first moved to Swanage from Chichester!
Mike has experience running his own care business supporting adults with learning disabilities but also has several years of care experience in supporting the elderly. Mike is part of our admin team as well as being a full-time Carer, so if you call us you will often be greeted by his cheery voice.
Mike is very chatty and lively and is forever cracking jokes, so he is always one to cheer people up. Mike is also a very good cook and enjoys preparing freshly cooked meals for our clients
