Omaid started GoCarely in 2023 because he couldn't find an agency he trusted to look after his own mother. Communication was poor, faces changed every visit, and dignity was treated as optional. He built the agency he wished he'd been able to hire.

He registered the company with the CQC in March 2024 and runs it hands-on. Every new client meets him at the first assessment, and he sets the care plan with the family before any Care Worker is assigned.

He speaks 7 different languages, which matters for West London families whose parents grew up speaking another language at home, particularly when memory or speech changes after a stroke or with dementia.

The agency is kept deliberately small. Omaid picks the regular Care Worker for each new package himself, checks in during the first two weeks personally, and stays close to the family after that.

Simona is GoCarely's Registered Manager. She has worked in UK adult social care for ten years, starting on the front line as a Senior Support Worker, moving up to Deputy Manager, and into Registered Manager posts since 2024.

Her qualifications include a degree in business management for healthcare, NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Level 4 in Professional Supervision, and Safeguarding (Adults and Children) Level 2.

Her job is to keep every regulated visit safe. Care plans and risk assessments are reviewed before they go live, audits run on a regular cycle, Care Workers are supervised and supported, and she acts as the safeguarding lead when something needs to be escalated.

She works alongside Omaid on every new client and coordinates with GPs, district nurses and social workers when a package needs joined-up handling. She has led services through CQC inspection before.
