Medway Care has provided an excellent companionship carer for my mum. They were quick and efficient at finding a suitable carer and provided great value for money. I would highly recommend Medway Care. They are polite and helpful when I have had any queries regarding their service.

Service has been excellent, prompt, efficient and friendly. The carer has also been supportive and caring. Contact with the service throughout has been excellent. I can recommend Medway Care Services.

I have found the company easy to contact and liaise with. The service I was looking for is quite specific, namely a walking companion, and the carer showed an understanding of what this would require in terms of my friend's needs. They have continued to be receptive to the needs of my friend and have
adapted to any change of circumstances or conditions. I have access to the notes on visits via an app which provides me with easily accessible feedback.

Medway Care Services responded extremely quickly to our request for help with temporary sleepover carers for my mum who was becoming confused and at risk at nights due to developing dementia. The managers were extremely helpful with advice and suggestions for ways to care for mum. They set up a family
app so that we could quickly deal with any issues arising and giving us reassurance while abroad that mum was safe and well cared for at nights. The carers quickly established a good rapport and were very patient, good humoured and kind with mum, and diligent in keeping in contact, seeking guidance from family and/or managers appropriately when necessary.
