Personal care includes help with eating, washing, dressing, domestic, shopping, support with incontinence, medication, and social activities such as day trips, entertainments and outings and sitting services.

Sierra Healthcare ensures that the individuality of each person’s plan of care is developed to put the person at the centre of care within their preferred lifestyle, enabling them to live safely and as independently as possible.

Our organisation is currently in the process of completing the necessary registration and accreditation requirements to become an approved provider for both local council and the NHS. Until this process has been finalised and our provider status has been formally confirmed, we are regrettably unable to deliver service under local council.
