The response to my concerns is always prompt & they try very hard to meet my brothers complex needs within the time given. The carers vary but they are all very hard working, kind and dedicated. If more time was allowed by the social services then his overall experience would be enhanced as the team want him to have a good quality of life. They communicate well with me so I know if help is required in any given area. I am incredibly grateful to have this team and cannot thank them enough.

Very helpfull, considerate carering. Especially when l can out of hospital. Found that my progression in recovery, helped in healing. The carers are always happy to assist in tasks and will offer encouragement to the client.

Her carers were friendly and kind to her, attended early to assist in her showering , preparing her meals on each visit, and clearing up behind themselves and mum, reminding her about her medication, and during the final months seeing she got to bed ok. They never rushed her and would sit and talk to her at bedtime. One of the carers attended mums funeral, and periodically contacts me.

I am very happy with the care I receive it is excellent. Even my dog gets on well with the carers now; they look after him too. They support me with personal care and gentle exercise, and are always very kind, gentle and respectful towards me.

The company is very good and the cerets look after me they encourage me to do excersise which is good because I'm not good on my own they tell me to do as much as I can I can do cooking and they encourage me to try what I can for myself
