The Care Manager carried out a full assessment, including a risk assessment, introduced the carer, arranged a backup carer, and organised settling-in sessions for my child before the service started. The carers are kind, professional, and reliable. They have built a great relationship with my child. I always feel my children are safe and well cared for. Highly recommended.

My name is Priya, and I have been using Kindlio's care services since October 2025. From the very beginning, they have made such a positive difference in my life that it's hard to put into words. The carers are not only professional and well-trained, but also incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They don't just do their job - they truly care about the people they support. The companionship they provide is so warm and comforting, and it has meant so much to me. What really stands out is their willingness to go above and beyond. It's the little things - the extra time, the thoughtful gestures, the kindness to my children - that make all the difference.
