Absolutely amazing care. Shabaz the manager has been so accommodating and made everything so easy. He's reliable, great with pricing, and provides the best staff.

A special thank you to Sabjeet - she's empathetic, kind, and even got my skeptical grandma to feel comfortable and safe at home. This company has truly changed our lives. Wouldn't go anywhere else. So amazing - i want to reserve a slot for myself in future !

I have been using Kindlio's childcare and babysitting services for over a year and have been very impressed with the quality of care provided.

The Care Manager carried out a full assessment, including a risk assessment, introduced the carer, arranged a backup carer, and organised settling-in sessions for my child before the service started. The carers are kind, professional, and reliable. They have built a great relationship with my child. I always feel my children are safe and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Overall Experience
We have 2 carers (one in the week and the other in weekends) for my mother who suffers from Parkinsons and is in her 80s. As a consequence her independence can vary from visit to visit but both are very empathetic, patient and kind natured.
Additionally Kindlio were flexible with visits when my mother was suffering from a virus adjusting days to suit how she was feeling.

I am happy to recommend.

My name is Priya, and I have been using Kindlio's care services since October 2025. From the very beginning, they have made such a positive difference in my life that it's hard to put into words.
The carers are not only professional and well-trained, but also incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They don't just do their job - they truly care about the people they support. The companionship they provide is so warm and comforting, and it has meant so much to me.
What really stands out is their willingness to go above and beyond. It's the little things - the extra time, the thoughtful gestures, the kindness to my children - that make all the difference.

I feel safe, supported, and truly cared for, and for that I am deeply grateful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kindlio to anyone in Richmond or surrounding areas looking for care that comes from the heart.
