We were very impressed with the quick response we received to our request for information about the services available. The Manager met with us the following day and spent two and a half hours reviewing me and my husband (we are both covered by this contract). We had an indepth discussion about our current needs and possible future needs and how our arrangement could develop. The Manager was very knowledge particularly about Parkinson's disease with dementia, which my husband suffers from. The service offered was very flexible. We decided to go ahead and everything was arranged over the following few days, with contracts exchanged. The service has been running now for two weeks and is excellent. It is very flexible to our needs (I am waiting for a hip replacement and my pain levels are very high). The advise, care and support we are receiving is exceptionally good, I am managing my pain levels much better, and my husband's complex needs are being well managed.

Excellent service overall, carers are very kind and compassionate and understanding . My mother is very content and happy too, with time spent with her and not being rushed with her care. I recommend company.

Great experience and very professional. Was looked after and IV treatment was carefully explained at every step. It's a great service to have home visits and Would definitely recommend, very friendly and good value for money.
