Just to reassure you (and anyone reading), Ben's night shift finished at 06:00 and this shift began at 16:00, so he had a full rest period in between. The support provided that day was also a short 3-hour shift. We always ensure our team have appropriate rest and work within safe hours so that the care delivered remains high quality and safe.

We're incredibly grateful for your understanding when plans had to change at short notice, and we're proud that Ben was able to step in and provide continuity for your son.
