I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional support provided by the night carers caring for my young daughter with complex needs. From the beginning, the team has shown professionalism, compassion, and understanding, making a huge difference to our family. Special mention goes to Reiss, the regional manager, whose dedication truly sets this agency apart. When we faced urgent issues with another provider, he acted quickly to put the night care package in place and has always been responsive, proactive, and committed to my daughter's safety and wellbeing. The carers consistently go above and beyond to ensure my daughter feels safe, secure, and cared for throughout the night. Their kindness and expertise give us tremendous peace of mind. After difficult experiences with previous agencies, finding a team like this feels rare. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I have found the staff approachable, friendly and willing to help. Pridget is fantastic with our son. She is patient, kind and capable. Our son is happy and well cared for. Just to reassure you (and anyone reading), Ben's night shift finished at 06:00 and this shift began at 16:00, so he had a full rest period in between. The support provided that day was also a short 3-hour shift. We always ensure our team have appropriate rest and work within safe hours so that the care delivered remains high quality and safe.
We're incredibly grateful for your understanding when plans had to change at short notice, and we're proud that Ben was able to step in and provide continuity for your son.

Same person comes every day which has vastly helped the person being cared for who finds it difficult to cope with different people every day. Patient is much more calmer and relaxed. This agency take him out every day, whether it be on the bus or around local area in a wheelchair. Very pleased.

What stands out is that they clearly value and support their staff, which reflects in the quality of care they deliver. As parents, we feel that our son's needs and our needs as a family are treated as the highest priority.
