We are really happy with the care my daughter receives. Since the management has changed, everything has improved so much - communication is better, any concerns are dealt with quickly, and the team have been very helpful and supportive.


Most importantly, my daughter (the service user) is genuinely

happy and comfortable with her care, which means everything to us as a family. We finally feel listened to and confident that she is being well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for the care, kindness and consistency you provide.

I've found the agency to be very professional and responsive. Communication is excellent, and they've taken the time to understand what kind of support works best for my daughter. The carers have been good and treat my daughter with kindness and respect. The management are very good at hearing feedback
and acting on it. Overall, I'm pleased with the service.

I've seen firsthand how supportive and professional the team have been throughout their care journey. The office staff - especially Adam and Rosie - have always been approachable, understanding, and quick to respond to any queries or concerns.

Very satisfied with the service. Just whole different level to previous carer we had. Carer arrives early every day, is very kind and offers any advice he feels may help. Let's me know when I come home if there is anything he was concerned with during that day. Same person comes every day which
has vastly helped the person being cared for who finds it difficult to cope with different people every day. Patient is much more calmer and relaxed. This agency take him out every day, whether it be on the bus or around local area in a wheelchair. Very pleased.

I've been really impressed with the team at first active 365. They are attentive, responsive, and always take our concerns on board, which gives us a great deal of reassurance as parents. The service they provide is consistently professional, but also caring and personal.
What stands out is that they
clearly value and support their staff, which reflects in the quality of care they deliver. As parents, we feel that our son's needs and our needs as a family are treated as the highest priority. The management team come across as genuinely passionate about what they do, and that makes all the difference.
Overall, we are really happy we moved to this agency, they are reliable, compassionate, and are committed to providing great care for our son and us a family.

I have found all the carers to be competent and professional, very caring to both my mum and dad. This has given us peace of mind and allow us to relax knowing they were in safe hands.
My mum has Lewy Body Dementia and has had a hip replacement. At 90 she is not easy to deal with. The carers have treated
her with empathy and dignity.
