We had a call about our carers canceled because they was not well! Last minute Ben had a call to ask weather he can jump in and be our sons carer he said yes straight away even though he had just finished a night shift!
Hes amazing with our son and has so much energy

We are really happy with the care my daughter receives. Since the management has changed, everything has improved so much - communication is better, any concerns are dealt with quickly, and the team have been very helpful and supportive.
Most importantly, my daughter (the service user) is
genuinely happy and comfortable with her care, which means everything to us as a family. We finally feel listened to and confident that she is being well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for the care, kindness and consistency you provide.

I've found the agency to be very professional and responsive. Communication is excellent, and they've taken the time to understand what kind of support works best for my daughter. The carers have been good and treat my daughter with kindness and respect. The management are very good at hearing
feedback and acting on it. Overall, I'm pleased with the service.

I have worked with First Active for some months this year to establish a team to support my client. At all times, they have been responsive, positive and practical. The standard of candidates has been consistently high and the oversight of the package by their management team is second to none. As
an experienced case manager, this is not always the norm, and First Active has restored my faith in care providers.

I've seen firsthand how supportive and professional the team have been throughout their care journey. The office staff - especially Adam and Rosie - have always been approachable, understanding, and quick to respond to any queries or concerns.
The carers are respectful, patient, and genuinely care
about the Client's wellbeing. It's been reassuring to see such consistency and compassion in the service provided. I would definitely recommend First Active 365 to anyone looking for reliable and person-centred care.

This service has provided me with some really caring, professional, and friendly support workers. The brilliant work of my case managers, Adam, and Callum in organising this care has made an invaluable, positive difference to my life where I feel looked after and more importantly, less lonely.

We've been using First Active to support our child who has cerebral palsy, and I honestly couldn't recommend them more. The communication is excellent, they genuinely care not just about our child but about the whole family, and the staff are always kind, reliable and professional. It's clear that
the carers themselves are well looked after by the company too, which makes such a difference to the quality of care we receive.

Very satisfied with the service. Just whole different level to previous carer we had. Carer arrives early every day, is very kind and offers any advice he feels may help. Let's me know when I come home if there is anything he was concerned with during that day. Same person comes every day which
has vastly helped the person being cared for who finds it difficult to cope with different people every day. Patient is much more calmer and relaxed. This agency take him out every day, whether it be on the bus or around local area in a wheelchair. Very pleased.

I've been really impressed with the team at first active 365. They are attentive, responsive, and always take our concerns on board, which gives us a great deal of reassurance as parents. The service they provide is consistently professional, but also caring and personal.
What stands out is that
they clearly value and support their staff, which reflects in the quality of care they deliver. As parents, we feel that our son's needs and our needs as a family are treated as the highest priority. The management team come across as genuinely passionate about what they do, and that makes all the difference.
Overall, we are really happy we moved to this agency, they are reliable, compassionate, and are committed to providing great care for our son and us a family.

Amazing Carers , all staff are lovely and caring . Couldn't ask for a nicer team , they are all extremely good with my little boy . Never had any problems and we are extremely grateful to have them to help us keep our little man safe . Thank you

I am happy with the Rehab Assistant from First Active 365 taking my client to the gym and spending meaningful time. This enables my client recovering from brain injury to gain confidence, manage fatigue and progress in rehab.

I have found all the carers to be competent and professional, very caring to both my mum and dad. This has given us peace of mind and allow us to relax knowing they were in safe hands.
My mum has Lewy Body Dementia and has had a hip replacement. At 90 she is not easy to deal with. The carers have
treated her with empathy and dignity.

Honestly hands down one of the best care companies I've come across, they're confident, reliable always on hand, they've made me feel 100% positive in their abilities as a company, the management, the clinical team and the carers are just so amazing. They have gone completely above and beyond for me
and my family. There is someone available for anything you need 24/7, I would highly recommend them to everyone, they're an unbelievable team of people they make you feel so at ease.
