Needs Matter Care is a home care agency, covering Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas such as Bedford and Central Bedfordshire. The organisation offers provision of adult social care services in the community, supporting adults from 18 years old to 65 years old and 65 plus, including palliative end of care, either at home or in the community.
 
The team are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals in need of support, and are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of clients. Needs Matter Care champions individuality and identity and displays a commitment to equality diversity and inclusion.
 
The Registered Manager and her deputy are qualified social workers, with extensive experience of working with vulnerable children and vulnerable adults. The organisation understands the significance of the organisation’s values and of the importance of fostering an environment not only of inclusiveness but promoting respect and dignity. The organisation is sensitive to peoples cultural identity and heritage and responsive to peoples believes that might determine their heritage.
 
As a CQC certified organisation, there is an assurance of the organisation's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care. Staff members are fully trained, experienced, and possess up-to-date DBS checks to ensure the safety and welfare of clients at all times.
 
This is a small organisation who prioritises quality above all else and strive to deliver compassionate care that meets the UNIQUE needs of each individual.
