Augustina supported my Dad after his 5 week stay in hospital and helped him to increase his mobility, communicate, increase his confidence and to be with him to provide consistent care. Her note taking of his progress and needs provided evidence of what professional support we needed to meet his care needs. She built a relationship with my mother that aided mum to look after dad so they could work out what dad needed support with. She supported us through a fortnight of providing intense support which I am very grateful for. Thank you.

We recently used Needs Matter Care for my mum after her knee replacement and were extremely impressed.
Our carer, (same carer every day) visited every morning for an hour over 3 weeks and was absolutely wonderful. She helped my mum get up, washed and dressed with such kindness and dignity, and made a real difference to her recovery.
She was always punctual, professional and so friendly, instantly putting my mum at ease. She also gave my dad a much-needed break, which meant a lot to us.
The service was very reasonably priced and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Needs Matter Care to anyone needing support at home.

Tina and her team are such lovely people, very accommodating to our needs and very quick to react to any last minute requests. We couldn't do without them!
