We recently used Needs Matter Care for my mum after her knee replacement and were extremely impressed.
Our carer, (same carer every day) visited every morning for an hour over 3 weeks and was absolutely wonderful. She helped my mum get up, washed and dressed with such kindness and dignity, and made a real difference to her recovery.
She was always punctual, professional and so friendly, instantly putting my mum at ease. She also gave my dad a much-needed break, which meant a lot to us.
The service was very reasonably priced and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Needs Matter Care to anyone needing support at home.
Thank you again to Needs Matter Care

We have used Needs Matter Care since February 2026 and are extremely happy with the care they give to our Mum. It gives us great comfort to know that someone pops in each day to make her something to eat and drink and have a chat, this also gives our Mum something to look forward to each day!
Tina and her team are such lovely people, very accommodating to our needs and very quick to react to any last minute requests. We couldn't do without them!
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are truly grateful you took your time to share your experience. We are committed to delivering the best practice and feedback like yours really motivates us to keep doing what we love so thank you.
