After my dad passed, Mum became increasingly isolated and withdrawn. We contacted RSW Healthcare, and from the very first assessment, they took the time to understand her needs, preferences, and personality. The carer they assigned was a perfect match - she chats with Mum, plays her favourite music, engages her in activities, and even dances with her when Mum feels like it.
These visits have made a huge difference: Mum now looks forward to her time with the carer, and we feel reassured knowing someone kind and attentive is checking in on her. The thoughtful assessment at the start ensured that the support provided is tailored exactly to Mum's needs, making her feel valued, happy, and less lonely.

The idea of opening this domiciliary care company came to Salman after witnessing the care his mother received at home. He felt inspired to give back to the community by creating a service that goes above and beyond in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. This experience became the foundation on which the company was built.
Salman brings over a decade of experience in managing businesses. His goal is to add genuine value to the care we provide by always putting service users at the centre of everything we do. He believes that when every team member shares the same values and commitment to delivering quality care with sincerity, dedication, and wholehearted compassion, the standard of support we provide becomes truly exceptional.
Salman is passionate about going the extra mile to ensure that the people we support feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to remain as independent as possible.
Ms Tamil Selvam joined RSW Healthcare Services in 2023 as a Manager. She brings over 3 years of experience in the domiciliary care sector, having previously worked as a Quality Assurance Officer and later as a Field Officer. In these roles, she worked closely with Registered Managers on safeguarding matters and gained valuable insights into care quality and compliance.
Tamil began her career in care as a Quality Intern while completing her MBA (International Business), where she supported multiple departments, delivered training for carers, and built strong relationships with clients and staff. Inspired by the positive impact of high-quality care, she went on to complete a Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (QCF Level 5).
Since joining RSW Healthcare Services, Tamil has played a key role in securing the company’s CQC registration, a milestone achievement. She is passionate about delivering flexible, person-centred care and is dedicated to raising care standards to improve the lives of those we support.
Shanjana plays an important role in helping RSW Healthcare Services connect with individuals and families who need care and support. She manages our digital platforms, including social media and marketing campaigns, helping to increase the company’s visibility and reach within the community.
