My parents have had the absolute pleasure of welcoming two fantastic carers into their home, which was a big step for them having been managing well, and living independently. They initially needed some support with domestic and household tasks, whilst mum recovered from a period of illness, as well as some company, and a gentle introduction to 'help', anticipating dads' Alzheimer's changing and eventually deteriorating. The carers are amazing, from the first meeting they treated my parents with respect, dignity, care and understanding. They support my parents to maintain their independence, working with them, not doing things 'to' them. They respect the existing dynamics in the home and simply help to make things a bit easier. Dream Care are trustworthy, caring, compassionate and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them-thank you

I must start with the fact that I was quite embarrassed by the idea of needing a carer, especially at my age. All doubts and embarrassment have vanished after dealing with Dream Care Consultants. I needed help after a pretty bad sports injury, and they have been nothing but kind and professional....
I must start with the fact that I was quite embarrassed by the idea of needing a carer, especially at my age. All doubts and embarrassment have vanished after dealing with Dream Care Consultants. I needed help after a pretty bad sports injury, and they have been nothing but kind and professional. After writing to them, they got in touch almost immediately, and after a short in person meeting to understand what I was going through and how they could help (I'll not go into detail here) they set everything up. The carer was great too, not only helped with my day to day, but was also nice and easy going which made the whole thing better than I expected.
Quite frankly I would recommend them to anyone who needs similar services.

I am the CEO of Dream Care Consultants, a homecare service dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for adults in Watford and the surrounding areas. With a strong background in working with vulnerable adults, including those living with dementia, I am passionate about supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
My work focuses on creating a care service that goes beyond the basics, ensuring every individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs. My journey in social care began over 13 years ago, driven by a deep desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from all walks of life — each with their own story, needs, and hopes.
For me, providing care is about far more than daily assistance — it’s about understanding the person behind the need. Dementia can be an emotional and complex journey — not just for the person experiencing it, but for their loved ones too. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge, reassurance, and practical tools they need to feel supported, capable, and less alone.
