I am the CEO of Dream Care Consultants, a homecare service dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for adults in Watford and the surrounding areas. With a strong background in working with vulnerable adults, including those living with dementia, I am passionate about supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

My work focuses on creating a care service that goes beyond the basics, ensuring every individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs. I personally oversee comprehensive care assessments, staff training, and the development of care plans that are not only effective but also nurturing and respectful.

Guided by my Christian faith, I believe in treating everyone with kindness, patience, and understanding. I am committed to building strong relationships with clients, their families, and care teams, ensuring that everyone we support feels valued, heard, and empowered.

Hello, I’m Agata, and I’m proud to serve as the Registered Manager and Managing Director at Dream Care Consultants. My journey in social care began over 13 years ago, driven by a deep desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from all walks of life — each with their own story, needs, and hopes.

For me, providing care is about far more than daily assistance — it’s about understanding the person behind the need. I believe in taking the time to truly get to know every individual, building trust, and ensuring that their care reflects their personality, preferences, and sense of dignity. Every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued, and I see it as my mission to make sure that happens.

My approach combines compassion with structure and reliability. I take great pride in ensuring that everything we do at Dream Care Consultants upholds the highest standards of quality and professionalism. I’m meticulous about detail and deeply committed to making sure families feel confident and supported throughout every stage of their care journey.

Alongside my role in managing care services, I also provide Family Dementia Consultancy, a service especially close to my heart. Through this, I work directly with families who are caring for a loved one living with dementia, helping them understand the condition, navigate challenges, and develop effective coping strategies. Dementia can be an emotional and complex journey — not just for the person experiencing it, but for their loved ones too. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge, reassurance, and practical tools they need to feel supported, capable, and less alone.
