I would not recommend this company. I felt I was not listened to and my needs were not met. The staff in the office were not accommodating regarding times. Also there were some safe guarding concerns with staff shortages. They need more training regarding Compassion. All they cared about was no driving
time the list goes on. I have now got an an excellent care package with my new care providers.

All the carers are polite and conservative in nature which gives my husband respect and confidence in his care most of the time. They are pleasant and try to get to know his needs well.
Usually a phone call to the office will get a response on the same day. They endeavour to try to get times that suit
my husband although sudden rota changes can complicate his morning routine - although we can accommodate problems that arise through emergencies with other clients. Generally, my husband is happy with the care he receives.

Blakehill, they're really good when it comes to training carers. They have very professional and lovely carers, which I believe is the source of being in the industry for a long time, but also they have good standards and quality. They know how to flow with times changes, to make sure they keep maintaining
their standards.

Blakehill Healthcare has been caring for my mum for nearly a year. Mum's carers come in four times a day. They are a lifesaver for me. They are kind, compassionate and professional. My mum is very fond of them. Myself and my mum cannot thank them enough.

I have been using Blakehill Healthcare Ltd for a little while and I am very happy with the care I get. The carers are a very happy team who always have a cheerful attitude with the care they provide. I do not get help with household chores or activities, neither do they have time to sit and chat. However,
the personal care I do receive is very good and a great help. Especially in hoisting.
