With 18 years of experience in the sales industry across diverse sectors, I have spent the last 5 years dedicated to the healthcare field. My passion is rooted in delivering exceptional care, empowering individuals to remain in their communities and homes with the support of our skilled and compassionate staff. As the Registered Manager at Nutrix Homecare, based in our London office, I bring over a decade of experience in healthcare, with a strong emphasis on homecare recruitment. In my role, I oversee the day-to-day management of regulated activities, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations. I am actively involved in service delivery and development, always striving to elevate the quality of care we provide. Team management and fostering a culture of excellence are key responsibilities I embrace. Additionally, I play a critical role in quality assurance and regularly report important information to regulatory bodies, such as the CQC, particularly regarding safeguarding.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and love exploring new destinations whenever possible. I also find balance and rejuvenation through Yoga and Pilates, practices that support both my physical and mental well-being.
