Med-H-Care services allowed me the opportunity to attend to my matters away from home, knowing Med-H-Care carers are professionals to take care of my wife, giving me peace of mind. Glad the service helped my wife while she is in bed at home.
My husband has dementia, and has Med-H come in twice a week to shower him. They are always on time, very pleasant and efficient. We have used them for other things in the past but as we can now cope with these, we have put them on hold. As my husband's condition deteriorates, I will be more than happy to increase the use, which I know is inevitable. After showering and dressing, the bathroom is always left clean and tidy.
Ever since I used this service since 2025 I have found everyone who has looked after my mum very friendly and polite. Long may it continue.

The carer we had that sat with Mum overnight was amazing and very caring, was a very stressful time for us as a family and having that extra help in place made life so much easier and gave us piece of mind
Very caring company who helped me out so much with my dad when he came home from hospital. Dad had undiagnosed dementia and was unable to live at home independently. We had the most amazing live in carer who became, very quickly part of our family.
