My whole family are very pleased with the care provided for my grandparents. They have made relationships with everyone, which has made the experience more bearable for all. They carry out their care with kindness and ease.

Nans had careers since last year. Nan is always boasting about how amazing they are and she is always so happy when they are there and have been. She always looks lovely and fresh, and has nothing but great words to say about them all.

My mum has been having carers from Cynthylee since last year. We were in a dire situation when she came home from hospital and Cynthia and Dennis were calm and reassuring from the first phone call. They were able to assess my mum the next day and care started then. My Mum and Dad took to them instantly, my mum absolutely adores them. Initially she needed 2 carers as she was bed bound but she is now up as about so has 1 carer every morning to help her with personal care and encourage her to eat. They are always bright and cheerful and my mum is treated with love and respect. Cynthia, Dennis and Lily and a small team of carers give her lots of encouragement and make her laugh which has made so much difference. They have also been a huge support to my Dad and us as it has been a very challenging, demanding and difficult situation at times due to my Mums cognitive impairment. They keep me updated if there are any concerns. I can honestly say we would be lost without them.

Great care for my grandmother. Carers help every morning with getting her up, showered and dressed and to eat her breakfast. Always well received by my grandmother and all carers provide a high level of care for her as well as being incredibly friendly and attentive

The carers who come to see my mum are absolutely wonderful. They are always very happy and bring a smile to my mums face. They are kind, caring and professional as well as being friendly and helpful with all my mums needs. She looks forward to seeing them every day. We are kept informed about my mums progress and if they have any concerns about her. They are also very kind and caring to my dad. I cannot praise them enough and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of care.

After my wife was discharged from rehab I tried to care for her myself but it became very stressful. I was given the name of this company and they came and assessed her. They started care the next day. With their help my wife has not had to go into a care home.
