We have found the agency very helpful understanding of my husbands wishes maintaning his dignity at all times communicating with him telling him what they are doing on getting him up all very polite good time keeping will inform me if change of staff i work so it is important to me that i know somebody is here to get him up before i leave

Overall Experience

We have been using Fast Call for 6 months now for my mums care at home. All of the carers are lovely and always very cheerful and kind. Joyce is extremely helpful and accommodating with changes and information and there is very good communication about any concerns with mum.

Overall Experience
Fast Call looked after my elderly mother following a long spell in hospital after a fall.
They were able to arrange daily care visits within a few days, always turned up and we're always on time.
The carers and all other staff were friendly, compassionate and caring throughout.
They were able to offer live in end of life care at short notice although in the end this was provided by a hospice.
They kept me informed via a file which the carer wrote in everyday and also texted me with any immediate concerns. They liased with the community Frailty Team when required too
I would happily recommend these lovely ladies.

Overall Experience

Joyce and Temby have a great understanding of their client's needs and will select carers to suit. The carers provided by this company have been very personable and do care about doing a good job. When we have had any queries, Joyce has resolved them quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company. It is good to know our Mum is in safe hands.
