The carers visiting my wife have been excellent, treating my wife with dignity and care, always being mindful of her health and numerous medical conditions at the time of the visit. I would like to mention Tafara, who has been caring for my wife recently. He always visits with a smile on his face, polite and helpful. He instantly lifts my wife's mood for the day and nothing is too much trouble. He is a real credit to your business.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. It means a great deal to us to know that your wife is being cared for with dignity, compassion, and attention to her needs.
Were especially grateful for your kind mention of Tafara. He will be so pleased to hear how much his visits are appreciated....
It was the women who came and looked after mum daily who made the enormous difference. They were friendly, calm and efficient and left mum feeling valued. It was a very short period of time before mum considered them to be friends. She spoke fondly of them all including during my final conversation with mum in the last days of her life when she spoke of how difficult it was to say goodbye to such kind and clever people. The family were so pleased that some were able and willing to attend mums funeral, a testament to their caring personalities. I cannot express mum's and our gratitude sufficiently in 1,000 characters. Thank you all
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. It means a great deal to us that we were able to support your mum and your family during such an important time.
Were so pleased that your mum felt comfortable and valued, and that the team made such a positive difference. Your words about the...
My mum was the second client that Eagle Healthcare took on in our area . We first met Marilyn one of the managers who was very professional and such a lovely person . I met Kennedy another manager but my mother didn't as she has Alzheimer's and was happier with females coming to the house as she lives alone . But He was a lovely caring man . Both would go out there way to help in anyway . Eagle healthcare cared for my mum for a year and I can't fault them. Sadly we had to end our contract as there just wasn't the carers in our area to fulfill the contract . If I had the opportunity again I would definitely have them back . I would 100% recommend this company. (Daughter of Client )
We're delighted to hear your feedback about Marilyn and Kennedy - we'll be sure to pass this on to them. It was a privilege to support your mum, and we're so pleased she felt comfortable and well cared for.
We're sorry we...
Eagle Care Ltd have supported my elderly mother who has complex care needs since her discharge from hospital over 14 months ago following major surgery. Care has been very kind, reliable & flexible, even in extreme (storm) conditions. There has been excellent join-up between client & family, carers & management at every stage. Everyone follows an ethical, client-centred code & are entirely trustworthy, supporting my mother in her rehabilitation, & working well with other care & medical partners who support her. I cannot recommend Eagle Care Ltd highly enough nor understand why they do not have more clients in West Cornwall. We have used several agencies & they are overwhelmingly the most compassionate & loyal we have found. It will be so sad if Eagle Care Ltd cannot sustain a presence in our locality due to a lack of clients here.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience.
We're honoured to have supported your mother and are so pleased our team's care, reliability, and person-centred approach made a positive difference during her recovery. Your feedback means a great deal to us, and we'll be...
We are so happy with the service provided by Eagle Healthcare. All the carers we've had have been so friendly and kind. My dad is on end of life care, and they do an excellent job looking after him. They're so efficient, and get him washed and bed changed in no time at all. They are warm, patient and friendly, and he's always happy to see them. We also met Kennedy, one of the managers, who came to do a spot check and make sure all our needs were being met. He was such a lovely man! Really easy to talk to and happy to listen to our feedback (though we didn't have any complaints!). 5 stars all round. Can't recommend this care company highly enough :)
