Angela was fabulous and came out to do an initial visit which Mum really appreciated.
The care staff who were appointed to visit twice a day were punctual, friendly and did a great job.
We asked Extra Mile to support for several weeks whilst my Mum readjusted to independent living and I wouldn't hesitate to engage them again if needed.

Nothing is to much trouble for the carers who look after my husband. They are very professional in their care and have a good sense of humour. My husband is bed bound and looks forward to them coming, it brightens up his day and makes him laugh, and cheers me up also.

Extremely happy with the high standards of care. My Nan is being well cared for in her own home and the care she is receiving is helping her to stay home. The carers are professional and care a great deal and the office staff are lovely. Communication is great.

The care that my mother is receiving is outstanding. Nothing is too much for the provider; whatever is needed by mother is adhered too. My mother seems to have gained more life in her since she's received her care package and looks forward to the carers visits. I would recommend the care company without any hesitation. Excellent care company, couldn't do more to ensure that Dad is happy and looked after. The carers are kind, thoughtful and going out of their way to make Dad feel safe and comfortable. They are on time and have never missed a call. I absolutely can not fault any aspect of Dad's care. I can always get hold of staff and have found everyone to be very professional. Arminder has experience in the care sector since 2007 and started as a care worker in Sister Dora’s care home in Stafford.
Arminder has looked after people in their own homes and worked in various hospitals, providing her with a vast experience of different aspects of care.
Arminder also provided care to a private client, giving them individualised care and collaborating with their family, doctors and other health care staff to create the most suitable and person-centred care plan.
This experience has given Arminder the passion and drive to begin a new company, Extra Mile Healthcare Limited, with the support of some trusted colleagues. Arminder is dedicated to providing the best possible quality of care to all service users.
Nomore is an experienced manager who holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Angela has almost 40 years of care experience from various settings including working in nursing homes, domiciliary care and also caring for her own family members.
She achieved her QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care in 2023 and has also previously completed a Moving and Handling Train the Trainer course so assisted with training new staff members at her previous company.
She has a passion for ensuring Service Users' needs are met and enabling them to remain as independent as possible within their own homes. Her main role is assessing new Service Users and ensuring that all care plans are tailored to the individual needs of each Service User.
