For all phone conversations, the manager was responsive, sympathetic to Mum's situation and reliable in communication. She conducted Mum's assessment in a sympathetic and thorough manner. She was available to contact via text which was much appreciated. The carers who attended were all pleasant, respectful to my Mum, and attentive to her needs. I was very happy with the service throughout.

Extra Mile offer a service that is as good as any and far superior to many. Having been with them for in exesss of a year I'm wholly satisfied with their service. Obviously nothing is perfect and if I have encountered any issues I've slways been listened to with the situation rapidly addessed.

Nothing is to much trouble for the carers who look after my husband. They are very professional in their care and have a good sense of humour. My husband is bed bound and looks forward to them coming, it brightens up his day and makes him laugh, and cheers me up also.

Extremely happy with the high standards of care. My Nan is being well cared for in her own home and the care she is receiving is helping her to stay home. The carers are professional and care a great deal and the office staff are lovely. Communication is great.
