A qualified paediatric nurse with a BSc in Nursing Studies, Lynete began her career at the prestigious Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, where she gained invaluable experience during her two years of service.

Her clinical background is complemented by her role as a clinical skills trainer, equipping healthcare teams with the knowledge and confidence to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Lynete’s leadership combines hands-on clinical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring that every care package is tailored to individual needs while meeting the highest standards of compliance and quality.

Throughout her career, she has successfully mobilised complex care services across the UK, specialising in hospital discharges, long-term condition management, and bespoke recruitment strategies.
