The care provided for my autistic daughter is exceptional. It has been consistent with the same carer to fit my daughter's needs without the confusion of several different carers in a day or week. Personal care provided is dignified and supported with respect and understanding the aid needed and dressed beautifully. Her bedroom is always immaculate and her carer always tidy up after days activities eg cooking, playing sensory games puzzels, beads etc. Meals are done with a healthy diet while singing and dancing in the background. She's engages with communication not just for the tasks. She has a friend in her carer and we feel like a family although still keeping it professional. I'm very pleased when they go out to disco, zoo, parks, shopping etc because I know my daughter returns home very happy and had a great day. Basically, I know my daughter is safe, fed, clean and happy.

I am so grateful for the care my mother recieved through GIGI healthcare. They showed my mum respect in her home and really listened to her and to me making everything as easy as possible in a challenging circumstance. I really couldn't have found a nice care provider. Their interpersonal skills, so important in establishing trust and dignity for my Mum were exceptional. Frequent updates, absolute honesty and plain speaking were much appreciated, but the overall level of kindness towards my Mum meant that we couldn't have asked for more.
