I am very happy to give Bentleys an excellent review and, most importantly, to say a heartfelt thank you for the care they provided to my mum. Bentleys took over Mum's care in April 2025 and, over the following sixteen months, provided her with exceptional care, compassion, dignity and respect. Every carer who looked after Mum took the time to know her as a person and understand her needs. For someone living with dementia, familiarity and consistency are so important. Bentleys provided Mum with a small, dedicated team rather than a constant stream of unfamiliar faces. Over time, her carers became trusted friends and she genuinely looked forward to seeing them. Their kindness gave Mum comfort and reassurance and gave our family enormous peace of mind. A special thank you to Kym, who was always responsive, flexible and approachable, and to Val and Mum's wonderful carers, particularly Angela, Christine, Genna, Heather and Debbie.
We couldn't have done it without you.

From the very first call I made to Bentleys I knew my mum was in safe hands. I cannot recommend Bentleys enough. Every single carer has treated my mum with incredible dignity, patience, and kindness. They are punctual, keep our family updated via an online website I can log into. I can also call them without feeling I'm being a nuisance if I need to discuss anything. They go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cheerful during every single visit. One of the lovely carers even roped in her son to do my mum's garden! Bentleys policy regarding care is that your loved one's welfare comes before anything else. A care plan was discussed at meetings with my mum to suit her needs. Their approach is unique in that the main focus is on physical and emotional wellbeing. Housework is included but the emphasis is on social interaction which has been an integral part of my mum's mental health.
Bentleys is not just a company of caregivers, it's a caring community. Highly recommended.

I live 500 miles from my aunt and trying to organise appropriate care for her was time consuming ,difficult, stressful and actually making me very sad ..... until I found Bentleys . Val and her team offer an amazingly caring service . Suddenly it felt as though my aunt had people who cared about her physical and mental wellbeing as much as I did. Bentlys service is totally people centred and they made both my aunt and I feel totally safe and reassured.
Bentleys went the extra mile in all aspects of care. They liased incredibly promptly with my aunt, myself and any medical staff meaning that I knew exactly how she was and what was happening with her care as it was happening. Decisions could be made and implemented quickly because I was fully informed on all aspects of my aunt's situation. Bentleys have honestly made me feel as though another family member is there helping my aunt have the best care and happiest life she can .

Outstanding care, compassion and support. I cannot recommend Bentleys highly enough. They cared for my husband during the last few months of his life, and throughout that incredibly difficult time, they treated him with such dignity, kindness and compassion. What stood out most was that they didn't just care for my husband - they cared for all of us. They went above and beyond to support me and my family, always showing patience, understanding and genuine empathy when we needed it most. Having experienced four other care companies, I can honestly say that Bentleys were by far the best. Their communication was excellent, their support was exceptional, and every member of the team showed such patience and kindness. During what was one of the hardest periods of our lives, Bentleys gave us reassurance and peace of mind, knowing that my husband was being looked after with the dignity and respect he deserved.
I will always be incredibly grateful to the whole Bentleys team for everything

There is no higher praise for Bentleys than the smile on my mother's face when her 'girls' arrive for her care slot or social visit. She states herself that she never wants to be cared for in residential care as she has the best of everything there at home with the joy she gets from seeing the carers daily. Bentleys have gone over and above with the family too even calling to check if I'm OK. A fantastic organisation.
