I am responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing client and staff records, coordinating schedules, handling enquiries, and supporting recruitment. I also process timesheets, invoices, and ensure compliance with data protection and care regulations. As the Administrator, I also manage office supplies, prepare reports, and facilitate clear communication between staff, clients, and external partners.
