Kinderways Ltd is a first-class domiciliary care company which delivers a person-centred home care service across our local area. The staff and management have provided my husband and myself with a high-quality, tailor-made, person-centred and compassionate care service. The care staff are especially focused on their clients' individual needs and preferences. Over the few short weeks since Kinderways was chosen to deliver a self-funded care package for my husband, who has delirium, together we have built a trusting relationship through genuine kindness and professionalism.
I am very satisfied with the care I receive.
My overall experience about the agency has been good compared to other agency I have experienced. They are very consistent, punctual (David) in attendance and very helpful around the house and in town, pushing me on wheelchair and getting around in town.
Very pleased.
An excellent service, polite and very helpful. Goes above and beyond for client. Very friendly and amenable. Excellent feedback when required. A genuine care and concern for the well-being of client and family members. Always on time, communication good.
I must say and I speak for the whole family, the home care my Dad is receiving from the lovely Debbie has been nothing short of remarkable. Providing the care my Dad needs on a daily basis, nothing is ever too much for her and although my Dad has never had home care and was a little apprehensive at the start, Debbie soon made him feel very comfortable and my Dad now looks forward to her visits. If it wasn't for Debbie my Dad would most likely end up back in hospital so we thank her immensely.
Been super happy with the way they have looked after my dad - especially with MND and the challenging circumstances. Always on time and super reliable, the team have been such a reassurance during this tough time.
