J T Home Care

We were very happy with the service provided and the care given to my mother. She was not willing to have someone in the house to start with, but the girls were lovely and willing to help her twice a week with the house and also checking her health, which was a relief for the family.

We have used JT Home Care for a couple of years and they have been exemplary in their care for my father who suffers with Parkinson's. The carers provided are well trained and supported. Concerns and issues are raised quickly.

The JT Home Care team have been supporting my dad for many months and during this time have been able to increase their visits at short notice due to his failing health. They are kind, caring and attentive, and dad also enjoys their companionship. Through their App, they keep me and my siblings informed about daily visits and concerns. Where serious this is via direct contact with us. The team are always very flexible with changes. We would highly recommend JT Home Care and feel that they have made a real difference to my dad's life as he has become increasingly frail and unable to care for himself alone.

I contacted J T Homecare for my Mum after she had a fall at home. From my first contact I was met with helpfulness and an understanding of what was needed. Mum was assessed promptly and visits started the next day. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the girls that have visited mum have been so kind and caring to her and it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders.

The lady has been coming to my home since last November.She very quickly set up a routine.She is reliable,punctual,caring and adds laughter and a ray of sunshine to every visit. I would happily recommend her services.
