Highly recommend Smithridge. The carers provided by the company for my Mum (who has mixed dementia and Alzheimer's) have been amazing ! Very professional. The same careers come each and every visit. The management team have provided exactly what we requested. The company are flexible in their approach and there was no pressure during the consultation visit. Their prices are very competitive and allows us, as a family to care for my mum in her own home. The company has already gone beyond our expectations, ie. I have had to make very last minute requests for their support due to my own sudden non-availability (as one of mums carers) due to sickness, they stepped up without hesitation (their manager, Sonia is wonderful! ). Finding the right care company for your loved ones is a worrying process for families; I genuinely feel lucky to have discovered Smithridge (Stockport).

I have found administration communication with me to be very prompt and useful. I feel like everybody at the Agency goes above and beyond for me. My Carer is lovely and so kind. She makes me feel comfortable and we have fun.

We have had the good luck to be clients of Smithridge for quite a long time. All their carers are fabulous and treat my husband with care and respect. We wouldn't choose any other agency and are so happy to be part of the Smithridge family.

Initial visits quite good with arranged start date last year but fell off. Window cleaning a disgrace, had to be redone. Now have a new cleaner, much better and feel more relaxed with visits.

The carers are friendly, well trained and provide an excellent service. They are proactive when needed and good company. The office staff are very responsive and provide an efficient service to us and our son.

Very responsive to care requirements. Quick to respond to emails and calls. Carers work under difficult constraints timewise but 99% of time arrive on time. They are always very cheerful and respectful of my husband who has alzheimers. Would recommend this company.

Excellent communication with Manager and Supervisors who have assisted in putting in place the correct care. They have responded immediately to requests and have been flexible as my sister's care needs have evolved. The carers are attentive, professional and reliable and have already formed good relationships with my sister.
