Following a stroke in March, my mother requires care 3x daily (30 mins). Her initial carers were dreadful. Some visits were literally less than 2 minutes. I have found Flexible homecare to be excellent. The visiting in general is both punctual and for the prescribed time. The carers are cheerful and good with mum and show genuine warmth and willingness to help; communication with both management and care staff is second to none.

Jane could not have been more responsive or helpful. Booking was easy. Dad loved the people he met who made him feel valued and special.
It was easy to make payment on receipt of the invoice. And well worth the money for the piece of mind provided.
