Stewardhealthcare247 Professionals' founder has been working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, having worked in different roles that includes Care worker, Care Team Manager, Night Care Team manager, Deputy Manager, Quality Improvement lead, worked in Hospitals, Day Centres, Domiciliary settings and Home Manager role working with people living dementia and residential needs. During this journey it has always been a dream for him to start his own Home Care service company with the aim of making a difference to the people needing support in the community based on the experiences and knowledge gained throughout the years.

His passion is being able to work with staff whilst also developing, nurturing, coaching and mentoring staff as this goes towards offering high quality and personalised care to the service users.

Blessing has been amazing since helping with my dad over the last 6 weeks or so. He's always there on time and really responsive to any additional requests to help dad.
I would've left management blank as I've had no dealings with them but couldn't.

We are extremely happy with the care we have been receiving.
The carers are so reliable , so kind and always happy to help in anyway.
This means my mother is able to stay in her own home.

Myself and my brothers are so happy with the quality of care my mum is getting from her caring team. They are so kind and friendly and mum can't praise them enough and is always talking about them.having a great team on board makes our /mums life much easier and allows mum to remain in her home.

All of our carers have been very good. They have all been patient, kind and bring their own brand of sunshine with them for every visit. They carry out their tasks with regard to the needs of their client and that of the client's relatives .
The management team are also easy to contact, accessible at
all times and quick to remedy any problem.
All in all we are satisfied with our care and carers. Keep it up.

Started using StewardHealthcare in June 2025 as second carer for double up 4 times a day for my mum after her operation.
Happy with Agency
Eunice is great, very calm and patient. It is good to have consistency where one or two carers attend regularly. Makes it more comfortable for mum seeing familiar
faces rather than a different one every time.

Mums carers are doing a grand job. They always seem very cheerful and Mum never has a bad word for them. They get Mum up in the morning with breakfast. and get her ready for bed in the evening complete with washing. They also give her the medication left in her dosit box.

The service provider was extremely supportive and and thoughtful and frequently anticipating my needs. In terms of personal care they were kindly and respectful of my personal privacy at all times.
They were flexible and available to support me in many different circumstances.For example driving
me to appointments for medical treatment, taking me out of my home for recreational purposes, to house cleaning when required.
I enjoyed their services and clear communication and would be pleased to have their support and assistance again should I need them.

I had to change care companies as the one being used was closing. Finding great care is a worry but all our fears were dismissed once we had met the team. They asked all the right questions of my wife and worked a bespoke plan out that met all her needs. They are so friendly and supportive but most
of all they are genuinely understanding how to make my wife happy. Nothing is too much and the cooking skills and meals have been brilliant. Communication is straight forward and reliable
We would have no concern over strongly recommending this professional friendly company.

Superb service as usual. Punctual conscientious and caring. Excellent interaction with learning disabled adult with severe learning difficulties. As the client I am able to relax and know my son is well cared for. Waking night service that leaves me free to sleep! Brilliant.

Steward Healthcare have been incredibly helpful and understanding. They have worked with me to ensure my care is personalised and tailored to what actually helps me. They have been flexible when it's been needed due to my health issues, and I feel like they genuinely care that I am ok.
We had one
small issue with how a task was being performed, and it was dealt with really well. A meeting was arranged with the manager, we talked, and it was quickly resolved.
I am very happy with the service I am receiving.

The manager and the carer have been lovely and very understanding of our needs. the carer, and when she visits it is like a friend visiting our home. She is down to earth, with an upbeat attitude. I was a little anxious at first with the adjustment of a new carer and I felt the transition was very smooth
and easy. I feel they do care and understand my limitations and want to know I am ok. Their initial consultation was thorough and they tailored my care plan to not only include my basic needs but also helping me with my hobbies to improve my quality of life. They regularly review how the care is working for me which I appreciate. They are willing to help in all areas, including gardening. They have been very flexible, working around my many health conditions when things don't go to plan or I need to go to hospital last minute.
