Harvest Healthcare have provided support for my mother for the last 3 months. The initial assessment by the Manager was thorough, respectful and caring. The Team of carers that have attended to my mother, at her home, have been professional, polite, attentive and on time. The Team have been able to adjust to my mothers needs and be flexible to times/days of the week and at weekends. The Team provide companionship and ensure that my mother has a meal (lunch/dinner) depending on the time of day that they visit. The Manager keeps us informed of any changes to schedules and is always available for me to chat to if I have any concerns. I would highly recommend Harvest Healthcare.
