So far, the carers seem to be really alert and clued up to what is important, . They adhere to professional standards and have been so helpful , when I have had to seek help from social services for the safeguarding protection of my Mum, due to her living environment, the carers are working with the social services to help meet my Mum's vital needs. She has vascular dementia and her capacity is declining.

I have started this service from June 2026 for my disabled daughter. From the first day, I found this service so good from all aspects such as; good communication set up either phone calls or emails, always get prompt satisfactory response. Service provider to my daughter is well trained and understandable. They are punctual, cooperative, and trained staff. They know what is their duty and what is their clients need. I am happy with this service management Thanks

I feel now, that its taken some pressure off me and my partner, and I can go to work (nights) knowing mum has eaten and has been washed and made relaxed for bed.

I'm so grateful for the care my son receives from Joyous Healthcare. The carers are kind, professional, and always treat him with respect. The management team at the office is also very supportive, always making sure any issues are resolved quickly. Their reliability and compassion give me real peace of mind. I highly recommend their services.
