He is always alert for any extra work - e.g. last week, checked he washed + cleaned my outside plastic plants.

Overall Experience

We are happy with the care that Resilient have provided for us. The carer has been punctual and has provided us with the care we need in a professional and friendly manner. The manager has kept in contact with us and dealt with on-going situations, for instance when I had to attend hospital and had to cancel my carer. Thank you for all your help.

Staff bright and cheerful and very thorough, a few language problems but not serious. They are aware of my physical limitations and take great care.

Used this company to care for my mother while I was in hospital. Very professional. Very polite & caring , kept informed of care that was given that day. I would certainly consider using this company again if needs be.

Overall Experience

My dad who has alzheimers has been quite difficult at times but resilient heath care have been so patient with him. They have identifed his needs and do there absolute best with him , I love the fact they have an app that you can see how the visit went especially for family that live further away.

Very happy with the support that is being provided for my mother.

There was one day when the carer didn't attend until the afternoon which was not ideal but other than that everything is very positive

The delayed visits was due to traffic but the client's daughter was informed about the delayed visit, which only occured once
