Blissful island Care have looked after me while I recovered from a shoulder arthroscopy six weeks ago. They stepped into the breach at very short notice and delivered a flawless performance,, taking great care over every detail of my rehabilitation programme, often going beyond their schedule of
responsibilities. Kalisi was an exceptionally.caring and responsible team leader and I could not have wished for more from Nadia, Julie and Leslie, the carers who attended on me and showed outstanding professionalism whilst being very attentive, and kind. They became good friends

Blissful Island has been managing the care of my mother with dementia and other health conditions since August 2025, to current March 2026. Kalisi has been the main contact for my sister and I who manage the care contract on behalf of our mother.
Kalisis has been very well organized, and managed the
handover from a previous care company well. She manages her staff and cover very well, staff sickness and holidays all are covered without our involvement, as is taking my mother to doctors appointments.
Kalisis is proactive and brings matters to our attention before they become a problem. The staff have all been kind and trained and they give great support to our mum both inside and outside the home, taking their lead from her. Also whenever we raise an issue Kalisi always reacts quickly with sensible options. Our mother is always safe and well cared for. And we are kept informed.
Recently we have shifted from 2 visits a day to live in companion care. This is going extremely well.

The team at Blissful Island have transformed by mum's life with their mix of care, compassion and professionalism which they deliver with consistency and attention to detail. As well as identifying health issues and sourcing helpful equipment, they have provided a routine that makes her feel reassured

Blissful Island Care has been providing live-in Companion care for my mother for the last 12 months. When the Blissful team first arrived Mum was frail and struggling. She needed support which they immediately provided. We are delighted with the care that the team is delivering.


The last year has

been much more comfortable for Mum and, as a consequence, for the rest of the family. This means that our time with Mum has been much happier and we are very grateful for this.


The Blissful team is well organised and flexible and has adapted to meet Mum's needs. They are friendly and handle a range of household responsibilities. The team engage with Mum, discussing life, books, TV, current events etc. which Mum has loved.


Mum has particularly enjoyed the wonderful food that Daniel has cooked, and has invited friends in to eat with her - so helping maintain her social life: another unexpected bonus at this stage.


It is really positive having the Blissful team alongside us looking after Mum.
