The whole team took excellent care of my parents, always treating them with dignity and respect. It gave me and my sister real peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. When it came to needing care for my Partner, due to early onset dementia, I was so grateful to have a call, due to my enquiry, from the CEO of Bright Sky Care. On visiting us along with his Care Manager, at home, he made the whole process of care so reassuring, and with his explanation of the care he had envisioned and subsequently put together as the package, we now receive. At the moment it is one day a week, and from the very start I, as his partner, had no problem getting him to accept the help. He had led a very professional life in the City, and needed respect without being intrusive. We have a very qualified carer who has a wonderful understanding of him as a person, occasionally with a lovely cheeky smile and chat which he loves.

Bright Sky Care have such kind and supportive staff, and my aunty is always happy to see them. They are thoughtful in letting us know about any changes in her health or if she needs anything at home. The carers are gentle and encouraging, and have even helped her build up strength through small exercises when possible.

We are so grateful to Bright Sky Care for the exceptional support they gave my mum. She was always treated with kindness, compassion, and dignity, and the carers never failed to make her smile. We've had a top-notch experience with Bright Sky Care. They've been great with Nan, helping out with things like housekeeping and getting her to appointments, which has really helped her stay independent. The manager and the team are super friendly, everything runs smoothly, and you definitely get what you pay for!

We've had a great experience. They've helped Nan with things like cleaning and getting around, which has really helped her stay independent while still getting the support she needs. The manager and the the staff are wonderful really show they genuinely care, and everything just works smoothly. Definitely worth the money!

I was hesitant to use care services for the first time, but the manager took her time answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail from the intial phonecall through to the assessment and delivering the care. It really put my mind at ease, and they're delivering exactly as promised. Now, I wouldn't use anyone else to take care of mum, she feels comfortable because the staff really care.
