When it came to needing care for my Partner, due to early onset dementia, I was so grateful to have a call, due to my enquiry, from the CEO of Bright Sky Care. On visiting us along with his Care Manager, at home, he made the whole process of care so reassuring, and with his explanation of the care he had envisioned and subsequently put together as the package, we now receive. At the moment it is one day a week, and from the very start I, as his partner, had no problem getting him to accept the help. He had led a very professional life in the City, and needed respect without being intrusive. We have a very qualified carer who has a wonderful understanding of him as a person, occasionally with a lovely cheeky smile and chat which he loves.

It really put my mind at ease, and they're delivering exactly as promised. Now, I wouldn't use anyone else to take care of mum, she feels comfortable because the staff really care.
