Job Title: Operations Director Joined: 2025

With over 20 years of experience in health and social care, I bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision to both service delivery and business development. My career began in 2005 as a Domiciliary Carer, where I developed a strong foundation in person-centred care, supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes.

Since then, I have progressed through a variety of roles across adult and children’s services, gaining extensive expertise in care operations, safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Today, I serve as the Operations and Business Development Lead at In Homecare Beaconsfield, where I combine frontline insight with high-level leadership to deliver impactful, person-centred care.

A key part of my role involves leading and supporting multidisciplinary care teams, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with our commitment to excellence. I take pride in fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and open communication, creating an environment where teams thrive and clients receive consistent, high-quality support.

On the business development side, I focus on identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding our reach within the community. I actively engage with local authorities, NHS partners, and stakeholders to promote our services, respond to emerging needs, and ensure we remain a trusted and competitive provider. From refining referral pathways to developing innovative service models, I am passionate about growing the business in a way that enhances client outcomes while maintaining integrity and sustainability.

My approach blends operational rigour with strategic thinking and a genuine passion for care. I believe that successful service delivery starts with strong leadership, and that true business growth happens when quality, compassion, and innovation go hand in hand.
