As the Registered Care Manager at Care with Patience, I am dedicated to making sure every person we support receives safe, high-quality care in the comfort of their own home. With years of experience in adult social care, I lead our team to provide care that is both professional and genuinely compassionate.
My role is to oversee care plans, staff training and compliance with CQC standards, ensuring we deliver services that families can trust. At the same time, I believe good care is not just about meeting needs but about building meaningful relationships, listening to what matters most and helping people live with dignity, independence and respect.
I work closely with families and our care team to provide reassurance, open communication and a truly person-centred approach. Whether it’s supporting with day-to-day routines, encouraging independence or simply sharing a friendly conversation, my goal is to make sure the people we care for feel safe, valued and supported to live life their way.
