The hourly rates reflect not just the level and complexity of care required, but also any travel involved — especially when supporting those living in rural or harder-to-reach areas. We’re committed to delivering meaningful care where it’s needed most, even in places other providers may overlook, because we believe every person deserves support that genuinely makes a difference. No one should have to leave the place they’ve called home just to receive care — we bring the care to you.

  • We are unable to provide services such as toe and nail cutting, ear syringing, bowel evacuations, bladder washouts, injections, oxygen cylinder filling, tracheotomy care, or lifting clients who have fallen (emergency services will be contacted in such cases).

My mother has been receiving support from Kumra Care for some time now. They help to support her with many different things, such as showering and personal grooming, laundry, meal preparation and once a week they take her grocery shopping which she greatly enjoys as she misses social interaction. All
of the carers that visit are brilliant with her, she looks forward to their visits and spends all of her time laughing. They are very good companions. My mum has found that life gets harder as you get older. But the care team from Kumra Care make each day a little bit better and a little bit brighter. I can't thank them enough.
