We understand that not everyone can afford standard private care rates, which is why we offer our Kumra Care Community Support Plan—a flexible option for individuals and families who would like to work with us as part of our community give-back initiative while receiving the same high standard of care at a lower cost.
Our standard rate is £27 per hour with a minimum 1-hour visit. However, under this initiative, we can offer tailored care packages starting from £18 per hour, including shorter visits from 30 minutes (£9 per visit). In some cases, small additional costs may apply depending on individual needs, but the overall cost remains significantly lower than the standard rate.
These arrangements are discussed and agreed during a face-to-face assessment, taking into account your location, preferred visit times, and care requirements. The quality of care remains exactly the same—this is simply a more flexible pricing structure designed to support accessibility while working together in a sustainable way.
As your care package develops over time, we can also review and, where possible, further optimise the cost based on consistency and viability in your area.

Great team, professional and reliable. My aunt feels safe and comfy with Kumra Care.
Kumra Care has been great with my dad. Very kind and reliable.
I am very content with the service and feel very relaxed in the presence of Kumra Care team.
We are having excellent care and the team is very friendly and caring towards my husband we couldn't have asked for anything more.
Polite and professional.
Trust them completely with caring for my father.
Kumra Care have delivered outstanding care to my bampi in law. They are always professional and caring.
Excellent service, really care about dad. Highly recommend.
Kumra Care provides excellent care to my bampi.
Mum absolutely loves the carers from Kumra Care and always speaks warmly about them. They bring real companionship and their visits clearly mean a lot to her. Mum was a secondary school teacher and she often comments on how professional and well-trained the carers are which says a lot given her high standards. My brother and I fully agree. Kumra Care also arrange social visits-shopping, coffee and appointments which she really enjoys along with a weekly cleaning visit that keeps her comfortable at home. We receive regular updates through the client portal which is very reassuring. If I can't reach Mum I can quickly check how she was during visits and Kumra Care promptly inform us of any concerns. As we both live far away this support means everything. Mum is 93 and still living at home and Kumra Care makes that possible.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback, it really means a lot to us.
We're so pleased to hear how much your mum enjoys the carers and the companionship they bring. It's especially lovely to know she values their professionalism and approach, it truly means a great deal coming...
We have been using Kumra Care for about 6 months and have found them all to be very professional and but also extremely friendly. Both Jatin and Ginny have been providing excellent care for my dad and have brought a wealth of experience with them. They have been very flexible, taking on additional hours as and when needed.
I can not fault them in any way.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it really means a lot to us.
It's been a pleasure supporting your dad over the past few months, and we're glad to hear that our approach has felt both professional and friendly. We always aim to be flexible and responsive to changing needs, so it's lovely...
My mother has been receiving support from Kumra Care for some time now. They help to support her with many different things, such as showering and personal grooming, laundry, meal preparation and once a week they take her grocery shopping which she greatly enjoys as she misses social interaction. All of the carers that visit are brilliant with her, she looks forward to their visits and spends all of her time laughing. They are very good companions. My mum has found that life gets harder as you get older. But the care team from Kumra Care make each day a little bit better and a little bit brighter. I can't thank them enough.
