This is our first experience of having a carer for my dad. My dad was not keen on having a carer but he is really happy with Emanuel who is everything you would want from a carer. From our very first contact with Grace who came to assess my dad's needs through until now their services have been professional and yet friendly and caring. Thank you Graceful for your care.

This service was provided with proficiency and sensitivity considering my husband's cognitive decline.

Needed some extra care for my mother in law whom has parkinsons disease, I called Grace who was very polite & extremely helpful, mum has had a few issues settling down with additional care at weekends but Grace has made the transition easy, they have also informed me of any care issues mum has & also let's me know on the same day if there are any problems, I've also had to contact Grace my self & have never had any problems getting hold of them, overall we are very happy with the care provided & hopefully will continue to do so,cwould highly recommend graceful caring.

Grace, the manager, was very responsive to emails and very pleasant to deal with. It was a pleasure working with the company.

Hope to deal with Graceful caring when my dad comes over again.
