Wonderful service and support, all the carers are very nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble .I had acquired the service from Wellness home care due to a leg injury which required me assistance for personal care and mobility and all the lads and ladies of great help and care . Would really recommend their team .

As I have never been involved in any form of home care before and not sure what to expect, I am overwhelmed by the friendliness and complete professionalism from 'The Wellness Services based in Norfolk. The Carers who come 3 times a day are kind and considerate towards the patient who to begin with was in a very vulnerable position having just returned from 3 weeks in hospital.I am extremely grateful to the team for all their help and advice throughout this challenging time. All carers from wellness took care of me in good way. They were very helpful. Daily 4 times care was provided by wellness and all carers was very professional with good communication and knowledgeable.

The staff were caring and supportive. They took time to understand the needs and were compassionate. There was flexibility with time of care. We received a excellent care, worth every penny paid. I would recommend the provider.

My Father suffers from Parkinson's, and as a consequence, my Mother (his wife) has become his full-time carer but she is still in need of some support, which we found from the Wellness caring team. The morning is when we require the most attention towards, around the time my Father wakes up and the support provided by the Wellness team has been great all round. They arrive early in the morning around 6AM which many other care services were not able to provide, so we are very grateful to the team for adhering to my Father's needs.
