Pristine Domiciliary has been like a breath of fresh air after replacing the previous care provider in June. I was extremely impressed with the management in the initial assessment process and found them to be very professional and very personable. Communication with them since then has been excellent. The care staff really do care and they go that extra mile. They have built up a great relationship with my aunt who suffers with dementia and Alzheimer's. They are sensitive to my aunt's requirements and provide her with excellent support and care. It has been a great help for the family to know that she is in safe hands and is very reassuring for us. I would highly recommend Pristine.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they cared for my late father in law in the final weeks of his life and every single person we encountered from the first contact was fantastic! a priceless service to find such warm, kind compassionate caring service. My father in law even wanted his carer to come into hospital during a brief stay he was so fond of him! communication was fantastic, and they got us out of a real jam when he was released suddenly from hospital with less then an hours warning with zero mobility and much higher care needs, they immediately increased his care perday, and carers, the same day I called them. I honestly cant stress strongly enough how much this service did for my father in law and my family, stuck in a under performing system to fall through the cracks, they have been the biggest bright spot in a very difficult time. Use with confidence that your loved 1 will be well taken care of and receive the very best care and compassion

I have been delighted with the care my husband has received. The carer who showers him is exceptional and has been well matched, he is quiet and my husband gets on well with him. The evening carer is also excellent, quiet but efficient.

My mother is early stage dementia and although able to live semi-independently, it was clear she would need more support than I was able to give and this would only increase. After researching I reached out to Pristine and we discussed a care plan. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they really are reliable kind and patient carers. I would definitely recommend them; don't keep trying to struggle alone is my advice if you are in a similar situation. The service is as flexible as you need it to be.
