Its not on the local list I found them searching through an internet search list of private carers but I can tell you that even though I have only been a client of theirs for two weeks I know that I should of reached out to them for help sooner. The girls are so polite and treat their clients with the love and respect that they deserve and always do the things the way that the client wants them done . I recommend them to everyone and they have a green colour on CQC code so they are highly recommended

All of our family are very happy with the service and care provided by Ola and her team. They are very professional and pay great attention to my mothers care and needs at all times. The carers always arrive on time for their visits, they are very approachable and have developed a very close relationship with my mother.
They had a lovely gesture for mum's recent 97th birthday where they all turned up together to congratulate her and wish her well as well as bringing her a card and gift which made her day extra special.

I am my wife's sole carer, two weeks ago I had a sudden medical issue and was told to take it easy for a short while. Our daughter found Ola Prestige Care Service Ltd on line and phoned her. Ola came to see us the same day and we liked what she offered. Ola herself has attended to my wife for the last two weeks, morning and evening. I can't say how pleased we have been to have chosen her. Cheerful and professional, a real joy to have around and attend to my wife's needs and also ensure that we have breakfast and dinner sorted out before she leaves! If we need short or longer term help in the future Ola Prestige Care Service Ltd will be the first we contact.

Following a very difficult situation where my uncle suffered a fall and stroke and had to be hospitalised, our family urgently needed care for my aunt as he had been her main carer.
We found Ola Prestige Care Services online and they responded promptly, attended quickly, putting a care plan in place with three visits a day. The carers have been supportive, professional and compassionate throughout.
My aunt is extremely grateful and very happy with the care she is receiving, and it has also been a great comfort to our family knowing she is being well looked after. In addition to the care visits, the team also assist with the main household duties.
Ola Prestige Care were also very understanding and flexible in helping us with the financial side of the service during a stressful time, especially as the care will be needed for a number of months.
My aunt has made it very clear she does not want anyone else, and we would highly recommend Ola Prestige Care Services.
