All staff are kind, helpful and caring. They are always a pleasure to be with and always cheerful and hardworking.

I am very happy with the care I receive on each visit. The carers are all very attentive. I have been a service user since it was taken over from Elder Care.

I continued to use the care service and have been pleased and rely on it for some twice daily help for myself. I live alone now and look forward to the daily visits.

I feel safe, and I'm treated with dignity and respect during visits. My carers listen to me and involve me in decisions. They are caring and compassionate and promote my independence. The staff are reliable and arrive at agreed times. The office is easy to contact, and I'm kept informed if there are any unavoidable delays or changes to my visit times. Staff explain what they are doing and ask for my consent. They are patient with me, as I wear hearing aids. The staff are always professionally presented, knowledgeable and confident. They respect my home and belongings. Since receiving support from Motherly Love, I feel less lonely or isolated, and my wellbeing has improved because of their support. I would recommend Motherly Love to family and friends. Motherly Love's management have good knowledge of the care sector, the availability of help, local support and provides practical advice. They provide a friendly, caring and professional service.

I can't speak highly enough of Motherly Love and everything they do for my dad. Knowing he is in such good hands gives me and the rest of the family a huge amount of reassurance.

The team know Dad properly - his personality, what he likes and, just as importantly, what he doesn't! He loves the chatting and banter with them, and there is always plenty of laughter alongside the care and support they give him. They are familiar, friendly faces that he genuinely enjoys seeing.

They are brilliant at knowing when Dad wants a laugh and a chat and when he needs a little more support. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it's obvious that they genuinely care about him and want him to be happy and comfortable.

They're great with us as a family too - always approachable, supportive and happy to talk things through.

I cannot recommend Danielle and Motherly Love highly enough! Thank you so much for making a real difference to Dad and to all of us too.

I would recommend to everyone

We had used Motherly Love's excellent care before my father went into hospital and then a nursing home and were extremely happy with them. We could not have managed to get him home from the nursing home without the input and help from their manager who definitely went the extra mile. When he came home they resumed care to an even greater level, encouraging dad to try and become more mobile by engaging with nurses and the occupational therapy team. They were always cheerful, capable and kind and my dad was very fond of them as were we.

I cannot recommend the Manager of Motherly Love Domiciliary Care highly enough. Her care, compassion and knowledge really helped reduce the strain and gave huge comfort in knowing dad was happy and so well looked after. The Manager was very professional and spent a good amount of time really listening to dad, getting to know him, asking pertinent questions and used this information wisely to care as he wanted and form a good positive relationship in difficult times. She also really helped me deal with the situation and gave excellent advice. she liaised with the hospice which lifted some admin for us and was extremely flexible and caring to adjust her timetable to suit dad and our needs. A lovely lady with a very good heart that I totally trusted. Dad was reluctant to get any care and she navigated this well, she is caring, a good character and listener and genuinely interested in her clients.
