We had used Motherly Love's excellent care before my father went into hospital and then a nursing home and were extremely happy with them. We could not have managed to get him home from the nursing home without the input and help from their manager who definitely went the extra mile. When he came home they resumed care to an even greater level, encouraging dad to try and become more mobile by engaging with nurses and the occupational therapy team. They were always cheerful, capable and kind and my dad was very fond of them as were we.

I cannot recommend the Manager of Motherly Love Domiciliary Care highly enough. Her care, compassion and knowledge really helped reduce the strain and gave huge comfort in knowing dad was happy and so well looked after. The Manager was very professional and spent a good amount of time really listening to dad, getting to know him, asking pertinent questions and used this information wisely to care as he wanted and form a good positive relationship in difficult times. She also really helped me deal with the situation and gave excellent advice. she liaised with the hospice which lifted some admin for us and was extremely flexible and caring to adjust her timetable to suit dad and our needs. A lovely lady with a very good heart that I totally trusted. Dad was reluctant to get any care and she navigated this well, she is caring, a good character and listener and genuinely interested in her clients.
