Overall Experience

Over all good service provider. Very cooperative staff, will try their best to accomdate clients requirement. On short notice, they can change the roea according to client's requirement. They respond and try their best to address client's complaint. Although still a lot of space for carers to be further trained for complex and demanding clients.
