Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, enabling flexible support for emergency cover, sickness absence, annual leave, and ongoing staffing needs.
NYS Home Care Agency supports a variety of client groups and care settings, including nursing and residential homes, private and NHS hospitals, mental health services, learning disability support, private clients and domiciliary care services to promote service users' independence in their own home. Specialist support can be arranged for individuals with complex care and mental health needs.
